Sound Permit Leads is a service of Universal Connect Enterprises, based in Washington State. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number if you add it, and the plan, counties and trades you pick.
• Questions you send through the website helper or by email.
• Basic technical data that our website host records for security, such as your IP address when you submit a form.

How we use it

• To send you the lead emails you signed up for.
• To answer your questions and tell you about your account, such as the end of your free month.
• To keep spam and abuse off the site.

We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their marketing.

Services we use

We use a few companies to run the service: Cloudflare to host this website and handle our email addresses, Resend to send email, Google (Gmail) for our inbox, GitHub to run the daily permit check, and PayPal to take payments. PayPal handles your card details; we never see them.

The leads themselves

The leads we send come from public building permit records published by county and city governments.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any lead email by replying "Unsubscribe" or using the link in the email. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected].

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
