How it works

Set it up once. After that, new jobs come to your inbox on their own.

  1. Choose your area and trade

Pick your county and what you do: HVAC, roofing, solar, decks, fences and more.

  2. We check permits every morning

New permits are pulled from county and city records, cleaned up and sorted by the work they describe.

  3. Your leads arrive by email

Best leads first, each with the address, scope of work, project value and a link to the official permit.

Finished new homes: the list your competitors don't have

When a new house passes final inspection, the owners move in within weeks and start spending. Those trades rarely pull permits, so they can't find these jobs on their own. We track final inspections and certificates of occupancy so you can reach new owners first.

Permit leads vs. shared leads

Lead sites sell the same homeowner request to several contractors. A permit is approved work you can reach first.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the leads come from?

From public building permit records published by Pierce County, the City of Tacoma and the City of Seattle. We check them every morning, remove anything that isn't a real job, and sort the rest by the work described.

What's in each lead?

The street address and ZIP code, the work the permit describes, the project value when one is listed, the date, and a link to the official permit record.

How is this different from buying shared leads?

These aren't homeowner inquiries sold to several contractors at once. They're permits for approved work, and you reach out to the property owner directly. Check the details with the owner before you quote.

What is the finished new homes list?

Brand-new houses that just passed final inspection or received a certificate of occupancy. It's built for fence, landscaping, gutter, blind and other trades that new owners need in their first few months.

Can I change my county?

On Basic you can switch your county once every 30 days. Standard already includes both Pierce and King counties.

How does the free month work?

Your first 30 days are free and we don't ask for a card. Near the end, we email you a link to continue at your founding price. If you don't continue, your emails simply stop.

How do I pay and cancel?

Payment runs through a secure PayPal subscription, so we never see your card. Cancel any time in PayPal or by replying "Unsubscribe" to any lead email.

How do I reach you?

Email [email protected] or use the Questions button on this page. We're based in the South Sound.
